NBA 2K24 Audio Converter Tool (Sound Effects, Music & Commentary)

DESCRIPTION

This tool can be used for 2k20-2k24, this is an enhanced version of the NBA2K music conversion tool. Since the tool has a single purpose, it is a cli command line program with no GUI and no text guidance. Please refer to the instructions below or the preview image for how to use it.

DIFFERENCES FROM THE OLD VERSION OF NBA2K Music CONVERSION TOOL

The required input file format has been changed to wav, the old version is mp3. If you need to convert from mp3, please convert to wav first or (if you only convert background music) use the old version of the tool.

Instead, use the ogg version that is exactly the same as the original 2k file. (The old version of the tool used a newer ogg version than the one used in 2k, so the commentary file cannot be played normally.)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (2 METHODS)

1. (This method can only convert narration) Directly drag and drop the wav source file or a folder containing multiple wav files and NBA2K_Audio_Converter.exethen release it. This is equivalent to executing the exe with the dragged file as the first parameter.

2.(This method can convert commentary + music) Manually call the command line: Open NBA2K_Audio_Converter.exethe folder where it is located from the console and run .\NBA2K_Audio_Converter.exe 'wav or contain multiple wav 'Folder path' conversion type. It conversion type can only be a line on music, which corresponds to commentary and background music (and most of the sound effects in the venue, etc.). If not set the conversion type, the default is line.

Here is an example of the method. For example, if you have a wav fileD:\\MyFiles\test.wav

Convert to background music or sound effects:.\NBA2K_Audio_Converter.exe 'D:\\MyFiles\test.wav' music

PAY ATTENTION

1. Most of the sound effects are in music format, but a small number of sound effects are in the same format as the commentary, such as the theme sound effects of the halftime show. Therefore, if the sound effects converted with music cannot be played normally, you can try line again.

2. The wav file must be 48000Hz 32-bit float, otherwise there will be acceleration or deceleration in the game after conversion. For this, the lineoriginal file must be used Mono, otherwise there will be speed change problems. musicIn this case, the original file can use Stereo (multi-channel)

3.The two exes in the compressed package need to be always together ( NBA2K_Audio_Converter.exeand venc.exe), otherwise the tool cannot convert normally

4. It is recommended to use Audacity to edit ordinary wav files for conversion, where you can edit 注意2the items mentioned.

5.This tool is a pure cli program, not a gui program that can be run by double-clicking. It has only two parameters, all of which are listed in the above instructions.
