The Need for an Injury-Free Roster:

However, the absence of an injury-free roster in the 2K24 edition left fans longing for a way to experience the NBA season without the interruptions of player injuries. Undeterred, the community decided to create their own injury-free roster, making the virtual 2023-2024 season a reality.
The primary aim of this roster is to enable players to experience the NBA 2023-2024 Season with all athletes available. Although the roster is fundamentally derived from NBA 2K, minor adjustments have been made to player rotations, maintaining the essence of a roster originating from the game but with the unique characteristic of having no injuries.
